With 13 years of experience in training and 8 years in coaching since earning my Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science at the University of Sydney, my true passion lies in teaching Olympic weightlifting. I've worked with diverse clients and facilities, from athletes at Woodford Sport Science Consulting to group fitness and personal training at Breakthrough Fitness and Tempus Thornleigh, as well as coaching powerlifting and weightlifting at Adonis Athletics.
In recent years, my focus has shifted towards coaching Olympic weightlifting, and I'm dedicated to sharing the joy of this sport with individuals, whether they're recreational enthusiasts or competitive athletes. My aim is to adapt weightlifting to each person's lifestyle and commitment level, nurturing a love for the sport and its benefits.
