Rachel Harvey

Performance Coach

Masters in High Performance Sport, Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science, ASCA Level 2, ESSA Sport Scientist Level 1

With a strong foundation as a competitive gymnast and experience that spans across sport, coaching, and high-performance environments, Rach knows what it takes to help athletes develop into elite performers. Drawing from her background in competitive gymnastics, and extensive strength & conditioning coaching, she combines technical expertise with an evidence-based approach to athlete development.

 

Rachel has worked with pathways and elite programs in professional and olympic sports including the South Sydney Rabbitohs, NSW Institute of Sport and the Sydney Roosters while also pursuing advanced academic research. Her unique mix of academic knowledge, applied experience, and athlete-first coaching philosophy ensures that every program she delivers is designed to optimise performance, resilience, and long-term growth.

Steven Cheung

Owner & Weightlifting Coach

AWF lv1, ASCA lv1

Steven discovered his passion for fitness at a young age, competing in soccer and gridiron at a national level during his early athletic years. These experiences laid the foundation for his long-term commitment to athletic development and performance.

With over 6 years of experience across soccer, gridiron, and Track & Field, followed by 5 years specialising in Olympic weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning, Steven now focuses on developing athletes through strong fundamentals, physical resilience, and mental toughness. He believes optimal performance is built when physical capacity and mindset are trained together.

As a coach, Steven takes a structured, practical, and athlete-centred approach. His goal is to help athletes build a solid foundation, progress safely, and a unbeatable mindset to achieve long-term development. Whether working with beginners or competitive athletes, Steven is committed to supporting consistent improvement while keeping athletes healthy, capable, and confident in their movement.
