4-Week Training Program for Youth & Juniors

 

This program is designed to help young athletes learn how to train by focusing on movement competency and building a strong general physical foundation.

 

The program introduces and develops the key movement patterns that benefit athletes across all sports. It runs for 4 weeks with 3 training sessions per week, including warm-ups, movement prep, main training pieces, and cool-downs.

 

By completing this program, athletes will be ready to progress into the next phase of training — our “Train to Compete” Program.

 

Each program also comes with an RPE Guide E-book, helping athletes train at the right intensity to get the most out of their sessions.
