6-Week Olympic Weightlifting Program – “Learn to Train”
This program is designed for intermediate to advanced lifters who are self-teaching, or transitioning from another sport or training method. It provides a structured plan to develop your Olympic weightlifting skills and overall strength.
The program runs for 6 weeks with 5 training sessions per week, including warm-ups and movement prep, main training pieces, and accessory work. An end-of-block testing day is included to track your progress and measure improvements.
