4-Week “Train to Compete” Program (Ages 17–23)


This program is designed for older athletes looking to optimize performance in their individual sport. The focus is on building general strength and conditioning to support peak performance in competition.

 

The program runs for 4 weeks with 3 training sessions per week, including warm-ups and movement prep, main training blocks, and cool-downs.

 

Each program also comes with an RPE Guide E-book, helping athletes train at the right intensity to get the most out of their sessions.
