New to the sport? No stress. This 14-week beginner program is designed to take you from zero to confidently performing the snatch and clean & jerk. You’ll learn proper technique, build foundational strength, and get comfortable moving under the bar. Full coaching support is included, with form checks and video feedback so you’re learning the right way from day one. Whether you're just curious or want to eventually compete, this is the perfect starting point.
Serious about training? This one’s for you. You’ll get an individualised program tailored to your goals—whether it’s improving technique, building strength, or peaking for comp day. Full coaching support means you’re never left wondering what to do, and video analysis keeps your lifts clean and efficient. You’ll also join our private social group so you’re not lifting solo, even if you're training in your garage. Ideal for lifters chasing performance and those hungry for the platform.

I stumbled upon my passion for fitness at such a tender age that my soccer ball was probably bigger than my dreams! From chasing balls in soccer and gridiron fields at the national level, I've now transitioned to helping aspiring athletes kick-start their journey to greatness. I firmly believe that physical strength and mental toughness are like peanut butter and jelly—individually great, but together, they make an unbeatable sandwich! I'm here to be your fitness wingman, helping you build a strong foundation and achieve your goals while keeping you forever young. With 6 years of experience in sports like soccer, gridiron, and Track and Field, and an additional 5 years diving into Olympic weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning, I've seen it all – from tackling opponents on the field to lifting weights that could rival a small car! Let's embark on this fitness adventure with a dash of humour and a lot of dedication.
